Terms of Service
RoofHero is a digital marketplace run in Australia by RoofHero Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 56 689 834 142). We connect homeowners with suitable local roofers. We prepare a remote roof read and job details. We are not a builder, contractor, or project manager. The roofing work is a direct agreement between the homeowner and the roofer.
Accepting these terms
By starting on RoofHero — including using start.roofhero.com.au — you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
The service
For homeowners, we read the roof from aerial imagery, help prepare job details, and connect you with suitable local roofers who may submit an initial price. For roofers, we present job packs that match registered preferences. Pricing, contracts, and the work itself sit between the homeowner and the roofer.
What we don’t warrant
We make reasonable efforts to check licensing and basic credentials before a roofer receives job packs. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, timing, price, or outcome of work a roofer performs.
Money
Homeowners pay RoofHero nothing. Roofers pay a success fee only if they are hired from a job we connected. There is no $600 offer and nothing up front.
